2Prices and payment#
Monthly: $19.99; every 3 months: $39.99.
Website prices are in US dollars (USD). IELTS® and TOEFL® test preparation subscriptions are purchased separately at the same price. Each amount is the subscription fee for one full billing period of one subscription. The price shown is the total you pay for each billing period; no tax is added at checkout. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees. iOS prices and available plans are shown by Apple before purchase.
Website payments use Stripe. Payment is due when you subscribe and automatically on each monthly or three-month renewal date. Access starts as soon as payment succeeds. Internet and device costs are your responsibility.
3Automatic renewal and cancellation#
Cancel at Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription before renewal to stop the next charge. You retain access until the paid period ends unless a refund ends service earlier. iOS purchases follow Apple’s terms; request Apple refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4Refunds#
Japan: a full refund within 7 days of purchase or renewal if Pro features have not been used in that period; otherwise no daily prorated refund unless required by law. Japanese seller disclosure.
Korea: a full refund within 7 days of payment if paid features have not been used; after use begins, a daily prorated refund for the remaining period. Mandatory rights remain in force. Korean withdrawal and refund policy.
