Questions
One full mock test with the complete report: a band range for each criterion, the one thing costing you the most, and a review lesson made from your own answers. The first course lesson is free too. You don't need a card for any of it.
The features are exactly the same. Only how often you pay, and how much, changes. Monthly is $19.99 a month. Every 3 months is $39.99, or $13.33 a month. Yearly is $99.99, or $8.33 a month. If your test is less than a month away, go monthly. For one full round of prep, every 3 months. If you'll sit the test more than once, or don't have a date yet, yearly costs the least.
When you start a yearly plan on the web, you add a payment method, but nothing is charged for the first 3 days and every Pro feature is open. When the trial ends, $99.99 is charged for the year. Cancel before then in Settings → Billing and you pay nothing. Each account can try each exam once.
Yes. Each exam is its own membership, at the same price, and unlocks that exam's mock tests, lessons and review. One account can hold several memberships; each renews and cancels on its own.
Cancel any time in Settings → Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Change your mind before then and you can resume in the same place.
Yes, in Settings → Billing. Before you confirm, the page shows what you'll pay now and when the next charge is. Nothing changes until you confirm.
Tap “Have a code?” on this page. You'll see what the code gives you before you pay. A code that works on the 3-month plan also works on yearly.
Web subscriptions are billed in US dollars through Stripe. Your bank converts at the day's rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. If you'd rather not use a card, you can buy a pass once with WeChat Pay; it doesn't renew automatically.
No one can promise that. Ashore gives an estimate, not an official score. It checks each answer against the exam's public scoring criteria several times and shows only the range those checks agree on. The narrower the range, the surer it is.
Each test is run by a live voice examiner and scored in several passes. IELTS allows up to 8 a month, about two a week; TOEFL allows up to 6 a day. That's more than most people can properly review.
Ashore is available on the web. Use a computer browser and a microphone for the full IELTS mock test. The iPhone app has not been publicly released yet.
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt after every charge, and past invoices are in Settings → Billing.
Refunds follow the law where you live and the rules of how you paid. For a web subscription, email us with your account email and the charge date and we'll get back to you. Subscriptions paid through Apple are refunded by Apple.
