I partly agree because reviews can show what using the product is really like. Customer photos helped me see how large a desk lamp was in a small room. However, one angry review may describe an unusual problem, and some comments do not give useful details. I read several reviews and compare them with the official measurements and features. I trust specific information more than a simple high or low score. Neither source is enough on its own for every purchase.
- compare them with the official measurements · 拿官方尺寸来比较,给出核对信息的办法
- Neither source is enough on its own · 说两种来源都不能单独信,要放在一起看
I find reviews useful, but I wouldn't automatically trust them over official descriptions. Customer photos show items in ordinary rooms, while repeated comments about a loose part raise questions. Yet reviews also reflect different expectations, unusual failures, or sometimes incentives I can't see. Official descriptions provide dimensions, materials, and stated features. I usually compare the two: do several customers mention the same issue, and does the product information help explain it? Specific observations matter more to me than a dramatic complaint or a perfect score. I'd treat reviews as another source of evidence, rather than a replacement for checking the details myself.
- repeated comments about a loose part · 举出多人说零件松动,说明哪些评价值得看
- another source of evidence · 把评论当作另一个依据,没有完全依赖评论
