A simpler answer
Checked at band 6.5 · 153 wordsOne evening last autumn, on a Friday after work, I met two friends from my old workplace. We went to a small noodle restaurant near the river in my city. It was not a fancy place, but the food was good and it was easy to talk there. We ordered noodles and some side dishes, and we chatted about our jobs and what we had been doing recently. After dinner, we walked along the river for about half an hour. The weather was cool, so it was nice to be outside. We also took a few photos and talked about meeting again soon. I enjoyed the evening because I had been quite busy at work, and it was good to relax with people I knew well. Nobody had to rush home, so we could spend a few hours together. It was a simple evening, but I still remember it as a happy one.
