A simpler answer
Checked at band 6 · 167 wordsI'd like to talk about my older sister, Mei. She works as an accountant at a small company, and she is one of the most organised people I know. She is not strict with other people, but she likes to have a clear plan for herself.
She usually writes her tasks in a notebook every morning. She puts the most important things at the top and checks them when she finishes. She also keeps documents in separate folders on her computer, so she can find them quickly.
I have noticed this at family gatherings and when we travel together. For example, before a trip, she checks the train time, books the hotel and makes a list of things to pack. At home, she remembers birthdays and prepares food before guests arrive.
I think being organised is important to her because her job has many details and deadlines. It helps her avoid mistakes and feel calm. I also think she enjoys knowing what she needs to do next.
