Checked at band 6.5 · 148 wordsI remember watching an interview with Zheng Qinwen, the Chinese tennis player, last autumn. I saw it on television at home one evening, after she had played a big match. The interviewer asked her about the match and how she dealt with pressure. She said she had felt nervous, but she tried to focus on each point instead of thinking about the result. She also talked about how her team had helped her prepare. I liked that she thanked them and didn’t make it sound as if she had done everything alone. The interview was quite short, and the questions were easy to understand. I found it interesting because I don’t know much about professional tennis, but her answers made the sport seem more personal. I felt impressed by how calm and honest she was, especially after such an important match. It was a nice interview to watch.
