A simpler answer
Checked at band 6 · 174 wordsI'd like to talk about a group task I did at work last year. We had to prepare a short presentation about how to make our office use less paper. There were four people in the group, including my manager, two colleagues from other teams, and me. We all had different jobs, but we knew each other well.
My role was to collect ideas and make the slides. I asked people in my team what paper they used most, and I wrote down their answers. Then I put the main points into the presentation. We met twice after work to plan it.
The group worked well together. We shared our ideas in a group chat and listened to each other during the meetings. One colleague had a good idea about using online forms, so we added it to the presentation. We finished everything on time and gave the presentation to our manager. I felt happy about working with the group because everyone did their part, and the task was easier than doing it alone.
